BODY MEASUREMENTS

Utilising our state-of-the-art InBody scanner, we'll take key measurements, so we can see where you're at, plan your training and nutrition program, then keep track of your physical progress.
WEEKLY CHECK INS (Value £79)
Where your dedicated personal coach will help to keep you accountable as well as provide resources and strategies to make sure you’re heading towards your goals.

Training here has added a certain stability to my life.
It's time set aside each week to do something for me and my well-being, which helps on a mental level as well as the obvious physical benefits.
Your conscientiousness and thorough approach has changed my baseline of what training should be and kept me coming back.
Previously the gym was an easy concession when life got too much but knowing how much better I'll feel after training with you is greater motivation than the actual commitment.
My strength and fitness have improved in areas I didn't even realise were improving.
Recently I helped my son learn to ride his bike, this involved running alongside him for half a mile at a time.
I haven't done any running as part of my training here but it wasn't a problem.
It's hard to describe how satisfying it is to be fit and strong enough to be at your children's side as they meet their own milestones in life.
