Previously the gym was an easy concession when life got too much but knowing how much better I'll feel after training with you is greater motivation than the actual commitment.

Recently I helped my son learn to ride his bike, this involved running alongside him for half a mile at a time.
I haven't done any running as part of my training here but it wasn't a problem.
