WEEKLY CHECK INS

As well as support in class and through our app.  You'll have a weekly check-in where your personal coach will provide resources and strategies to make sure you’re heading towards your goals.

MONTHLY INBODY SCANS

We use state of the art technology to track your physical progress - after every scan your personal coach will assess your results and make any necessary adjustments.
